There has been a lot of case about bullying. However, most people would just close their eyes over this case. The victims are too afraid to speak out the truth. Spectators too scared to get involve, fearing that they're next. While most adults just see it as regular daily activities, causing the bully to roam free.
This kind of attitude needs to stop.
